As they say in Scotland, "There is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes."
The weather in Scotland can change quickly and dramatically, so layers are your best bet! On any given day, the weather can go from cold and misty in the morning to warm and sunny in the afternoon and then rainy and cold again in the evenings.
Beyond layers, waterproof shoes or boots, water-resistant pants, and a rain jacket are all must-haves!
